SPECIFICATION

A fully bound leather book is completely covered in leather.

As with all fine bindings, the spine is solid and has a handsewn silk headband at the top and bottom.  The edges may be left plain or gilt.

The spine can be smooth or have raised bands, and it can be lettered only, or decorated as desired.  The front and back cover can also be left plain or decorated to complement the spine.  Inside the cover, the borders of leather surrounding the endpapers can also be tooled to match. 

A full leather binding is luxurious and strong.

This book has a one-line panel gold finish to the spine and boards and centre tools to the spine compartments.

SPECIFICATION

This book is fully gilt with decoration to the spine and covers involving decorative corners, panels, centre tools and rolls.
