book is in its
original
coloured
paper
boards. The text is in good condition with some slight water staining
to the bottom edge of some
pages,
and some ink ‘crosses’ next to the text of the first few pages.
The
pop-ups work perfectly. There is an ownership bookplate glued to the
verso of the title page ‘

Greetings, This book was presented to Miss Jean
Raeburn
on her 7th birthday by The Waldorf
Astoria’
- presumably the same proud owner who made the little ink marks in the
text.
The
cover is in very good condition with only a very little wear to the
corners.
